Shipping Policy
- We ship to all 50 states in the United States of America. At this time, we do not ship to any other countries.
- The following shipping rates are in place:
- We currently use USPS and UPS for shipping.
- Our handling time is 1 to 4 business days. We try to ship within 2 business days but sometimes it can take as many as 4 days.
- Our shipping time is between 1 to 6 days right now depending on location to us. We are working on improving shipping times and will continue to improve.
- Shipping cutoff time is 3pm CST. We can sometimes ship same day if we receive the order prior to 3pm CST.
- An email will be sent to you containing the tracking number once the order has shipped. Please email customerservice@averyclaireandco.com for updates on your order or if you have questions about the shipping process.
- In the event your package never arrives to you, please email us at customerservice@averyclaireandco.com and let us know the situation.
