Sizing and Fit:

  • Do you offer size charts for your products? Many, but not all of our products have a size chart.
  • What if I'm in between sizes? I would recommend sizing up if you are unsure. However, if you have questions, click on the 'Contact Us' page at the bottom of the website, and one of us will be glad to assist you. 

 

Product Care:

  • How should I care for the clothing I purchase? It depends on the product. Many of them have washing instructions, but please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

  • Can you help me put together an outfit? Yes! We would be glad to. Please click on the 'Contact Us' page at the bottom of the website, and one of us will be glad to assist you.

     

    Payment and Security:
    • What payment methods do you accept? We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo. Additionally, we offer the following Pay over Time payment plans: Shop Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, and Sezzle.
    • How do you ensure the security of my payment information? Our payment processor uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology.

      • What are your customer support hours? We are a family-run business, and we take pride in responding as promptly as possible. You can email us 24 hours a day, and while most replies won't take long, please understand that responses might be delayed if your inquiry is sent in the middle of the night.
