Refund & Return Policy

- We do not accept returns on Final Sale items.

 Swimwear is final sale.

The following policy applies to all types of returns:

1. Initiating a Return: We trust that you'll be pleased with your purchase. However, if it doesn't meet your expectations, feel free to return it to us.

Please note that our return policy is for store credit only. This credit works just like cash and does not expire.

2. Return Eligibility: 
To be eligible for return, items must meet the following criteria:

- They must be in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with original tags still attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- All items should be free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stains.

3. Return Label: We do not provide downloadable return labels. To initiate a return, please email before mailing back any items. You will be responsible for return shipping.

4. Store Credit Returns: We accept returns for store credit on unwashed, unworn items with all tags still attached within 30 days of receiving the item. No re-stock fee will be charged.

5. Condition of Items: If we detect the scent of perfume, traces of smoke, pet hair, visible blemishes, signs of wear, or if tags are removed, the item will be returned to you.

6. Refunds Before Shipment: In case you change your mind before the order is shipped, we offer refunds to the original payment method. Once the item has a tracking number, refunds are no longer applicable. Please email to check the status of your order.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products:

- We accept returns for incorrect, carrier-damaged, or defective products. You won't be responsible for shipping costs. Initiate the return by emailing us at, explaining the issue.

- Everything mentioned in the general policy applies here except that you won't need to pay for return shipping. After verifying the issue, we'll email you a return label.

Refund Timeframe: Returns will be processed in 3 business days or less.

Exchange Policy: We do allow exchanges if you email us prior to sending the product back. We first need to make sure we have the item in stock that you wish to exchange it for. You will be responsible for return shipping and shipping on the item you are exchanging it for.

Customer Remorse:

We understand changing minds happen. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, email to initiate a return. 

- If you selected the wrong size or aren't satisfied with your order, you'll be responsible for both original and return shipping costs.

- We don't accept returns on worn items, items with removed tags, items with odors, or items damaged by you. We will give you store credit after inspection of the item if the item is still in new condition, original tags and not damaged.


- We do not accept returns on Final Sale items.
